model DSA
DSA trailed disc harrows are the heaviest of all DS* series. The main frame is made of a single beam 250x150mm and for up to 180Hp tractors. 28 to 40 discs, Ø610mm in diameter, which work in X-form. DSA offer great visibility during work and easy excess to all maintenance points. The attack angle of the front disc gangs can be adjusted independently from the attack angle of the rear disc gangs. The attach angle of the discs is manually adjustable, but a hydraulically controlled disc gang angle setting is also available (as an optional extra). DSA series are standard fitted with a hydraulic lifting system for easy maneuvering and for road transport.

Details
Special treated discs for premium wear resistance and hardness. The arrangement of the discs (notched-plain-notched etc) is resulting in an outstanding mixing effect and good penetration of the soil, even with difficult soil conditions. The front disc section is intended for cutting the crop residue. These machines are able to prepare a seedbed by a single goover achieving the perfect undercut, mixing, smoothing and crumbling.
Durable, high load capacity baearings, which enclose 2 ball bearings in a cold formed steel hub.
Individually adjustable scrappers offer optimal cleaning result for each of thediscs.
