Notched Discs
The grooved form of the notched discs (Ø 510 mm in diameter), combined with their aggressive positioning of the working angle and the larg teeth, allow the working in very hard soils with easy ground penetration, which makes working at high speeds possible. When exceeding the working depth, the soil is being tilled fully flat.
Rubber Sunspension of the disc shanks
Every disc shank is suspended via a rubber suspension of 4 durable rubber blocks. This type of suspension is practically maintenance free, while it protects effectively against overloads that stem from stone collisions and other obstacles. Each shank is high enough to enable working even in high grass.
Bearing
One maintenance free bearing for each disc, which encloses two angular contact ball bearings, triple sealed and pre lubricated for its whole lifespan.
