Disc harrow

model MiniMax

MiniMax series from 1.5 m to 2.5 m guarantees a perfect result on heavy and compacted soil. Ιndividual shanks per discs are able to manage crop and weed residues at a high capacity. The robust frame, the very limited wear and the maintenance free bearings are only some of the main characteristics. High working speeds due to the excellent soil penetration ability of MiniMax model series, allow very economical work.
Intended for vineyards and vegetable crops, destroying weeds, replacing the time-consuming process of rotary tiller.

Notched Discs

The grooved form of the notched discs (Ø 510 mm in diameter), combined with their aggressive positioning of the working angle and the larg teeth, allow the working in very hard soils with easy ground penetration, which makes working at high speeds possible. When exceeding the working depth, the soil is being tilled fully flat.

Rubber Sunspension of the disc shanks

Every disc shank is suspended via a rubber suspension of 4 durable rubber blocks. This type of suspension is practically maintenance free, while it protects effectively against overloads that stem from stone collisions and other obstacles. Each shank is high enough to enable working even in high grass.

One maintenance free bearing for each disc, which encloses two angular contact ball bearings, triple sealed and pre lubricated for its whole lifespan.

Reflective warning boards kit with or without lights

Hydraulically controlled working depth setting

Cage roller Ø 450 mm

Compacts soil in a well structured surface. It provides a loose, open seed bed for the following sowing or planting operation.
